Hello

Here you have my Mercedes project called Black Pearl, I`m not sure if I gonna paint i black yet. But the time will tell

It is a original 2,3 8v from 1987, but I have bought a another car with 3 l 24 v wich I have thought to use in this car.

Some picture from the day i bought the car last autumn







In the biginning I bought much parts to the car




+ gasoline tank and driveshaft

Got out the engine early in this summer


This car is original with artic white, with blue interior... So that is the reason for the white bonnet and in the front

But late in this summer I got a good price for a S124 3l 24v





So now I sit with dobbel up with some parts :pillepalle: hehe

It`s actully little rust on this project car, sideskirts and the wheel arches so far

For now I`m cleaning the engine room for electric cables and preparing for paint...
I have to use the other cabelset for the motor, because the signal from ABS unit. Or else the motor will stop when it goes on idle speed or when slow down to a intersection

I have not done so much to this S124, before now because of my first project car called ``Baby Benz.`` Its a MB 190 2,3 v, from 1988

It’s a great project to build up the "black pearl". To change the engine is a lot of work. Isn’t it easier to build up the black one? Or is there too much rust?

The "Baby Benz" look’s very nice. Witch colure is it outside? How does it look inside?

The black one is Swedish and if I want to have Norwegian licence plate, it would cost me about 10 000 EUR (85 000,- nok ) in taxes. Then the yellow one, would be very nice if I put so much money on it. hehe

The colure to ``Baby Benz`` is original from Mercedes actually, 441 Impala Metalic is the name of the colure

I have not taken photos of the interior, yet... But it is leather seats with electrical seats in front, I think it`s from a 2,5 16v And I have not finished the sterio in the trunk, have not manished to find plexi-glas yet...

Well I am litle lucky since I can job on this car at work, work as a apprentice for car mechanic

But is there any store in german, who sells like this plastic styling to S124 ?

Hello, it have been silent from me for a long time now. But I wonder if there is someone on this forum who have loriz/lorinzer kit on their
t-model?

I`m looking after styling kit and I not sure how the loriz/lorinzer look like.
