Klima problem

Hi
I have problem with aircondition.Now temperature is -7 celsius and when I start engine compressor is on even if I use EC putton.So compressor is all time on and aircond hose freeze.Is there switc or wires what I can plug off and then compressor is off.

Hi There.

You should try the Button in the Middel with the Ice Cristal symbol to switch it off. If the red light in the Button is ON, the Compressor should be OFF.

ec is economy and that means: The Clima works only with reduced power.

At the other hand, if you turn the temperature wheel into the red area, the compressor should be switched off after a few seconds running.

if you cant switch it off or turn up your cabin heat, you have to check your whole system

Hi

I have automatic klima system and there is no Ice Crystal Symbol.
I think one problem, is old cable form set there go few wires to compressor.
Wire insulation is very bad conditiion so if wires contact together I got shorcut and this keep magnetic valve on and coldair systen works even in cold day -7 celsius here.This my guess I'm not sure.
If I plugg of wires wich go to compressor I think then it not keep compressor on and I system works like normal heater.Let me know is that guess near right.

you can try the following thing

disconnecht the Pressure Switch 31/2 and wrap insulating tape around the contacts for a check. If i have understood the tec man correctly, it will release the electromagnetic clutch at the clima compressor

Hi Imnre

I unconnect relay 003 545 51 05 D-KLI.Now EC works and warm air comes nicely.Also compressor magnetic valve not connect now it work freely.I'ts also possible that relay is broken.Not sure of this.
Do you know how much this relay costs in Germany ???

i dont know, where this relay is located, so i cant say anything about it.

i ve found only one price HERE
and it seems to be in Finland. the price is 70€

perhaps someone other can say more...

No problems anymore.
Relay is behind the battery and after I change cableform set all works ok.
